   - 500g/1lb strong pasta flour (Tipo'00')   - 500g/1lb strong pasta flour (Tipo'00')
   - 5 large free range eggs   - 5 large free range eggs

 +salt and oil optional dough seems a bit dry - might need add a little oil or water to get it to come together.
 +Mix in mixer until dough forms. wrap in clingfilm and put in fridge for a hour. Then divide up into ~4 balls and roll through pasta mixer into what form you want.
